Customer app Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to use the Customer Application (”Application”) provided by intoit Oy (”Company”, ”we”, ”our” or ”us”). By downloading, installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Service (”Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application. There are a number of parallel versions of the client application, named after our partners responsible for the taxi service. These terms of service apply to all parallel versions of the Application.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

·      Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

·      Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the App, or expose them to liability.

4. User Conduct

You agree to treat drivers and other users with respect and not to engage in any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

·      Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior.

·      Discrimination or hate speech.

·      Damaging the vehicle or property of others.

5. Driver Conduct

Drivers are not employees of the Company. The Company is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or inactions of drivers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the App are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the App without our express written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the application is subject to our privacy policy. The customer’s data is stored in accordance with our privacy policy. The customer can delete his account and data from the service by selecting ”Delete account” in the profile view of the Application. When ordering a taxi, the customer information is also forwarded to our taxi partners, who need the information in question to provide the transport service. You can familiarize yourself with the taxi partner’s privacy policy in the Application’s About the app view.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is responsible for the taxi dispatching service together with taxi partners. The Company is not responsible for providing the transport service itself. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising out of use of the Application or inability to use the Application.

9. Governing Law

These terms of service and your use of the application are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the App or through other communication methods. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
